We are trying to reunite a stray budgie with their owner after the lost bird flew in to a window on 23 October.<\/p>\n

The bird was initially spotted on St Mungo\u2019s Wynd, Alloa but escaped before we could attend. The budgie then flew in to a window on Grange Road, Alloa where the bird was contained.<\/p>\n

Scottish SPCA inspector Nicola Liddell said, \u201cDespite the dramatic end to the adventure, and after a quick visit to the vet, the budgie thankfully only appears to be a little bruised and stunned from hitting the window.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe finder dropped the bird in to the nearby National Wildlife Rescue Centre and the budgie was then taken to our Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bird is a lovely, friendly bird who has obviously been well handled and we\u2019re sure someone must be missing their pet.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe budgie is yellow and has coloured plastic rings on both legs but there are no numbers on the rings.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019d really like to reunite the budgie with their owner so they can get back home where they belong.<\/p>\n
